central locking works but not the boot.

Have you tried turning the key both ways?

I recall opening the boot with the key and then it didn't lock with the remote central locking. But reading the manual you can stop the lock from being controlled by the central locking.. I had to turn the key to a 45 degree angle and it then locked with the central locking.
