key battery

Can anybody tell me how you open the key to replace the battery and what number the battery is,i have tried to open it but it may be glued,thanks

The 2-button type you can just pry apart starting at the keyring loop area. There's no clips or screws
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang
