Headlights Gone

Headlights Gone

Started car up, were on then, they just went, high beam gone as well. In fuse box near battery there are several 10am fuses, which one would it be to check ? Have 406 HDI 2002. Is it OK to take anyone out and test it or will it create an electrical problem elsewhere?
