replacing original radio/cd
I have a 2002 Rapier 110 and was thinking of replacing the original radio/cd with better one.I know you can get the facia plates to mount it in but what can i do so as to keep my volume stalk on the steering column working or will i loose that function?

Errr, 2002 would make it fully mux, this seems to be the right adaptor: http://www.dynamicsounds.co.uk/connects ... -9080.html
Is it me or did they get cheaper?

If you replace the factory stereo, is there anyway you can keep that powered cover over the top of it? I always take the detachable panel off my Pioneer one but if I'm only out of the car for a couple of mins its a bit of pain.

Thanks guys, such a relief. I have an Alpine HU in my 406 d9, but my control stalk isn't working. Can you please tell me if the proposed adaptors are suitable with Alpine head units and with my car? It'll be so awesome if I can solve this problem!!!
