Steering Stalk Control Adapter

Post by pug406nz »

I was wondering who could tell me which is the correct Adapter to get?
Looking at something like this;
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 1004334957
I asked the seller and a few other sellers too but no one could give me definite answer.
Car is a 2000 Peugeot 406 V6 Sedan with half-mux
Old stereo was a Clarion PU-1633A
I think I only found 1 wire in the mini ISO connector for steering control or am I meant to plug it in somewhere else?
Can anyone give me more info on this?

I've done this, and it is a right mess of many wires.

However it works fine. If you have the round stalk the connector looks right. You'll plug it in the iso connectors.

Sorry, I still haven't wrapped my head around this, what will I be plugging in my ISO connectors? I didn't think the main ISO connectors had wires for the steering controls.
My head unit has 1 blue wire to receive steering controls (JVC)
