pug sat nav

hi all i am toying with the idea of fitting pugs own sat nav system to my 52 plate lx as mine does not have one fitted as standard so i was wondering if its worth doing or should i stick to a stand alone version tomtom navman etc would my car need wired from the dash to the boot etc any advice would be most appreciated thanks in advance.

By all accounts the pug sat nav is shyte!

Crap screen, dodgy outdated CD's, unreadable CD's etc. I wouldn't even consider it at all.

Plus you'll end up down the dealers for a software/bsi upgrade.

Save all the trouble and buy a Tomtom (they'll be some bargains around soon).

Had mine on this afternoon, but just to demonstrate to the other blokes in the car. When I need to get somewhere I use TomTom :roll:

Never used mine, don't intend to.
Tom Tom's the business 8)
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
