Everthing is fine - but?

The thing about forums is that people are always looking for help, most threads appear 'cos someone's got a problem, you don't get people starting a thread to say that everything's fine :D. So don't worry if you look in here and it appears that the 406 has lots of problems, they generally don't and are actually far less troublesome than most other similarly aged cars. 8)
I think i may need a new clutch - any kind mechanic in reach of Southampton want to give me a quote will be very welcome.

Just had cambelt and new waterpump fitted - just in time by the looks of the old waterpump taken off!

Human nature is to gripe and moan.
Most don't go into work and discuss with work colleagues that everythings going great, no doubt most of us gripe about bills, the weather, roadworks, bad TV, bad customer service etc.

As you say
"Always look on the bright side of life, dedo, dedo dedodedo"
even when your manager at work trys hard to make your life  :arrowd: :arrowl: :arrowu:   :( and you know that there is nothing you can do because he holds all the power.

That explains it !

By the way I looked in a previous message and Swiss did PM me with someones name. I shall try them later - thanks for the info though.
