Nothing wrong with the 406's engine, sweet as a nut. Nothing wrong with slinging an engine through the revs either!

mph at 1000 rpm is the number we need.

HDi is a complex engine, fine when its running great, but a bitch and often very expensive to fix when it goes wrong.
XUD is simple, even a mong could fix it.
Mines getting close to mot time and im running pure veg oil.

take an lpg car to the mot and you dont need a cat converter.

I have a lpg vectra, getting a bit past it now!!! And lpg is rocketing in price at the moment, 54 pence a litre in december now its over 80 pence at our local garage.FarmerPug wrote:take an lpg car to the mot and you dont need a cat converter.

my uncle has a buisness account, its 64p because he owns a nissan gas forklift. You need to source down a hen farmer making it, thats where it can be got for silly money eg 30p. I havent found one yet willing to sell his gas.
