Nice constructive weekend!

Post by Floodys »

Got a touch of the flu at the moment but managed a few jobs this weekend on the cars, done front coil springs on the 406, what a pig, never seen coil springs so long! O/s cv boot after ripping first one by moving car with broken coil spring!! Doh! Cam belt, idlers and water pump. And finally both rear stabiliser bars!
Also, MOT'd a 205 Gti sat morning, had a buyer for it in the afternoon and also to finish fitted a new N/s/r caliper on the 306 HDI as it was binding on for the last year and what with derv going up I want nothing to hinder my mpg!! Lol, now just flaked out on the sofa sniffing like a goodun!!!

Most men with a touch of the flu would be dying on the sofa, asking the wife to run around after them.

Hats off to you for the work. :D
