airbag light flashing

can anyone help. i was told that it came on after 10yrs and needed pug main dealer to reset it. is this true or not

check your wires under the seats. thats the usual cause if sum1 has caught them ...

The airbags deactivate themselves after 10 years and need Peugeot to service them. This is actually written in the hand book. Weather or not it will cause the airbag light, not sure?
When I swapped my instrument clusters on I found out the previous owner had removed the airbag light bulb because it was flashing. I did the same

but
I do believe they have a shelf life of 10 years and then it's recommended to replace with new ( like that's going to happen )

The recommendation is to have the airbag system serviced at 10 years, but I don't know anyone that follows that.

i dont think the 10 year thing will be the cause of your airbag light flashing

check the connectors under the seats ?

ive realised my once 8 year old d9 is now a 9 year old d9, so ill have a year before this airbag issue.
