Has anyone had a proper look into the Pug Passport deal ?
They've got ad's on my local dealer forecourt but I get a sharp pain in the wallet whenever I park outside !
Was wondering how much a proper size car would be, because with everything thrown in including breakdown cover and servicing it could be a real option. Practically I couldn't go any smaller than a 308 estate tho. Ideally I want a 508 but I bet the price woes silly on those.

Re: Pug Passport
I briefly considered a similar scheme myself.
But for anything bigger than a 308 hatchback I reckon it'd be the wrong side of £350/month. On this particular plan a base model Astra (previous shape, base effectively the modern equivalent of the old "merit" models) was £300 / month.
This for how many years, plus deposits or final payments (or handbacks).
Decided not to bother. At least with cheap cars there is no debt, you can do what you want (eg. servicing it yourself)
