Seems like....

Post by niz406 »

When one of us has problems with coolant leakage and temps... everyone else does... I've seen at least two posts regarding head gaskets and coolant level and temps ! ! lol

Notice how when one of us starts having these problems another few come by with the same... !

Strange !

I was going to start a new topic just last week about how all our cars seem to be suffering problems recently....... strange.

I think there is something very suspect about it... too many 406's affected around the same time.... !

Yes... thats it, conspiracy theory !

Perhaps Peugeot implanted a chip into each and every 406 and a small bold headed man sits in a huge office on the top floor of a large glass fronted sky scraper stroking a Cat on his lap.

Then, as he watches us all on a huge TV screen going about our daily drive he picks us off one by one and the chip implant activates a Fault Unannounced Ceasation Knock on Effect Redundancy (f*cker) problem.

That's what I have been thinking anyway.

LMAO...

Or

Peugeot decided that all gaskets should be made biodegradable - from an organic composition, so that when the coolant gets on to them, it slowly breaks down the gasket compound and causes various problems....

I think whilst they were at it, they also forgot to mention that they had replaced the 'good' turbo... with a chocolate one ! lol

hehe....it must be the same team of engineers who decided to make the High Pressure HDi fuel pump from old washing machine parts and a squeezy bottle.

They also started off by mounting the engine upright but one french engineer said 'I know let's lean it back right up near the bulkhead for no reason whatsoever''........how they laughed that day.

On a similar note.........I was reading Auto Express yesterday and apparently a Designer at Vauxhall dared another to place a drawing of a shark somewhere in the interior of a Corsa.

Sure enough, every single Corsa that leaves the factory now has a shark picture on the inside of one of the glovebox hinges  seriously, it's true, they had a picture of it and everything.

Apparently the drawing never got removed from the CAD manufacturing layout for the hinges.

Last thing I need is to be taken by surprise by a f*cker problem :cheesy:

The cars must be talking to each other!!!!

Mine goes to my bro's garage tonight and with luck - will be all nice and ready on Saturday

I had to ask very nicely if a BMW place would take care of my 406, but "yeah sure - but get it here early so we can get the right parts for it" was the only caveat - no problems if its fixed, not using it before the weekend anyway!!!!

Ho hum

as long as it can last atleast another 9 months I'll be well happy
