Ive stuck my D8 on swapz out of curiousity to see what I got offered (I'm possibly swapping for a D9 HDi tonight) and a lad up the road messaged and offered me his X reg Vauxhall Astra 1.7 DTI in a straight swap

Not my cup of tea at all the Astra as its just bland on wheels but nevertheless I asked him to bring it down and have a look etc, anyway bodywork had seen better days, 200k EML light was on, rev counter didnt work, diesel was leaking from what looked like the injectors and best of all the entire cooling system was full of black oil sludge

Needless to say I responded quickly with 'thanks for your time' and said bye bye

This is coming from an ad that said the car was mint

My aunts zafira is at 200k, it overheats and has black stuff in the water. Its crap.
To try and describe how bland, boring, dour, drab and hateful the ashtray is i would describe it as being as interesting as one of the blocks of wood used in the corner of a pallet, why people bought these when the focus was available i do not understand.
