Warning to any dog owners!

Post by lozz »

Tescos are selling a Raw hide chew, this is Manafactured in brazil,
these can be lethal todogs,
Tescos etc as been informed and warned about what affects this is having on dogs but there still on sale,!

BEWARE of EXER-HIDE CHEWS!!
BEWARE rawhide like chew called Exer-Hide - this has been causing MAJOR SEIZURES and DEATH. This product is manufactured in Brazil and has been on sale since December and is still being sold in major supermarkets. One lady gave one to each of her three dogs. Unfortunately one died and another nearly died. Please do not feed to your dogs and let other dog owners know how dangerous these chews are.

Thanks for the 'heads up' lozz - I'll pass it on.

Do have, or know of, anything else linkable-to I can add to reinforce the message?
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

i just give my dog finished milk cartons, keeps him occupied for a couple of days and all you have to do is brush up bits of plastic, he doesnt eat it so its not doing any harm.
