waterpump help urgent as need it doing

waterpump is on its way out on me car as its leaking and making an awful rattle but its strange as when i turn the temp controls to hot its shuts up i have been quoted £24 and £27 for the water pump but they have two sizes one smaller and one bigger just wondering if anyone knows what size waterpump a peugeot 406 1.9td on a p reg 1996 is

buy them both and make sure you can take the one back that dosnt fit at no charge,because if you get to the point where you have the wrong one you need 1 to clean up,2 need a lift to the parts place 3,the shop will be closed or not have it in stock.
hope you doing the cambelt at the same time while you there.
