I am going to transfer the winch from the disco to it, fit a snorkel, got a local fella who will make me a roll cage, possibly lift it a bit more and then with the greatest of respect to Dai, Im gonna abuse the life out of the little rascal.

suzukis can take whatever you throw at them, they are a lot tougher than they look, although they wont run long without oil i dicovered that once
Is it a 1.3, would you consider putting in a 1.6?

Discos aren't, I broke mine already  managed to destroy another wheel bearing or two on sunday, oh well something to do on saturday

with too much water and mud plus a healthy dose of sand along with some serious steep side runs i cooked the front nearside (uk orientation) hub on sunday, it sounds like its ripping itself apart on that side now so i have taken back the C5 for this weeks work runs and the wife is gently using the disco for her work runs which are only 1km a day each way.

the suzuki could end up as the daily drive :)
mine lies caked in mud out in the rain and nothing mechanical takes any hurt. just the bodywork can rust a bit although some crudely applied galvanising paint stops the rust getting worse
