Hailstones dented your car?? Bloody hell!

Not worth going through insurance though as they get their money back in the end through higher premiums.

I would assume it's safe to say my ECU can't be used in a D9
Get a lowish mileage full-mux 2.2 - there's now a 200 bhp conversion for them.

You may have to accept a bit less than the £800 you mentioned, but I reckon someone would still buy yours

Mmmmm 200 horses

I said to the misses, why don't we get rid of the car and push bike to work?
She didn't mind that bit but said we couldn't go out anywhere
I thought I could put the money I saved by that I'd of spent on fuel, insurance etc and buy something better in 6 months time

I went and seen my mate's MG today
I thought I got it bad, his car looks like a golf ball - I think he should paint it white and put Slanzenger no6 on it !!!
At least 100 dents in his bonnet alone!

My mate who had to go quoting on repairing cars yesterday, says he saw cars with wing mirrors smashed off, and one where it broke the wiper off one car, and loads with smashed screens and back windows. Bits of trees coming down, roof tiles smashed, conservatories damaged, gutterings, and all sorts
