Im not 100% on the Reason on this, (theres big holes in everything :frown: )
But Photos taken by Mobile phones Can Be Thrown out of Court,

So A Throw away Camera is Best option, as for Evidence, You carnt photo shop Negatives, but photos on Mobile phones can Be will be one of there excuses,

my missus laughed at me the last time i chucked a disposable in the car.....

Once our 406 got shunted, I took photos on my phone purely for ease of emailing etc but whipped the disposable out, took lots of shots incase they wanted hard copies.

Sounds like a scam though to me as everyone else said....

Didn't realise that. Gotta state that she doesn't recall hitting anything and ask for evidence then!
