Looks like the rear-ender driver tried to avoid you and caught the N/S - look at what they did to your poor tail pipe, squashed it flat :oops: in fact the eggsauce looks pretty new under there?

Ouch, that was a big bump.

Were the seats damaged? Movement of the seat can be indicative of whiplash. ie, if it moved that much maybe bits of you did as well.

A mate of mine had a lot less damage to his Frontera, yet he had classic whiplash. After a course of physio he settled for a grand or so compensation - then his back went and he had to have a week off.

First lesson make note of everything, second don't settle on personal injury. :(
