Cheers lads turns out i was only 4 quid out but I havn't had a breakdown of what was paid.... Even after all this the wifey still phones the bank to find out where it's came from just in case it's been paid in error... She does have a point mind you it doesn't say who paid it only a bunch of numbers.

Time to get my air con fixed out of the money me thinks.

Law says if someone pays you by accident (I.e. they got the account numbers wrong) then it's tough and the money is yours!

Having won my appeal over non refusal of ESA, Atos gave me 6 points and tribunal gave me 27 points in 4 desriptors, less than a year ago, DWP have decided to reassess my incurable progressive disease to see if I can now return to work. How the hell they think that I have miracously cured myself I and the medical profession are unable to comprehend. On talking to DWP they said "We know you won your appeal but that is irrelavent and we can assess you up to 4 times a year if we want to."
As my condition worsens significantly when I am stressed causing massive amounts of pain I would just like to say thank you very much DWP, why not go out and devote some resources to those who are plainly abusing benefits and leave me alone. Oh wait, that would involve them getting off their ass, out of their warm office and doing some work.
