however last night i was talking to the night guy of the car park, who told me the guy who owns it lives in the flats behind the car park, he stuck a deal with them 4 years ago to park it there and the car park staff are supposed to look after it (but they dont cos they dont see washing a random car as part of there job), he said he cant remember which flat as hes not seen the guy in ages but hes sure he or someone he knows still checks up on it as the police were called in over someone leaving dogs in there car, they spotted it had no tax and put a no tax fine on the windscreen and someone came in and took care of it
so he said leave a note in the car with your name and number and see if he contacts you (which i have done) hes also sure the guy has another car in there that he uses daily so no doubt he will see the note soon
he also gave me the email address of another manager to contact, as they have 2 other sites with abandoned car in them and there keen to move them on so i have to keep emailing them (he said at least 2 emails a month) so they get a move on about it but if i go through the manager i'll have to pay for the parking... which wont be cheap!
