Snap! What's a V62? Mine was a private seller as you know..

When we sold our Roland Garros 806 on, we recieved a letter from the old bill saying it had been caught speeding (well at least we know there was life after death for it - again), we had to provide evidence the car was sold some months earlier and the fine wasn't ours - never heard anything else.
Interestingly, this car doesn't show up on the DVLA vehicle enquiry... I wonder why that is?

Alberto, I hope you are okay.... :(

ithink you don't have to pay the 25 dabs if you've got the green keeper section,

You do not have to pay a fee in the following circumstances.
• If you are the new keeper and the previous keeper failed to tell us
about the change, you must have the New keeper’s details section
(V5C/2) from the V5C and send it to us with this application form.

OK scratch that, a quick google tells me that one's a bit of a urban myth.

To be fair I also thought it was true and I'd hope that you'd be looked upon favourably completing an overtake as quick as possible.

Stop being a tit mun! Obviously this urban myth only applies when you have to cross over the central line (i.e. on a single lane road). If you're speeding on the motorway you are clearly the spawn of Satan and as such you deserve to have your car crushed, house repossessed and testicles removed!

Might be lucky with a GATSO - they dont always have a film in them and so just flash.

Don't mean to sound harsh Alberto, but you admitted you were doing 72mph in a 50mph zone.........why would you think you're immune from prosecution?

if it was grey, and no yellow face
it might be a Watchman. they monitor speed before you reach them,
