I got the plate cut to suit the castors one of the machines at work uses but my cousin says he has castors sitting about, neither have brakes that's why I have made up levelling jacks (m24 threaded bar with 10mm plate welded to it) the weight of the car will be on them the castors are only for moving it about.

I seen a broken shovel shaft, i think i can chop it up and drill the centre usinga bit of threadded bar to hold it in place, a nice and cheap solution.

I got the 305 spun around, another couple of castor wheels are needed, but its held up with the levelling jacks on the front until the wheels arrive.
Here are pictures, normal service of pictures of rusty tin will resume shortly :cheesy:

On the front it just bolted up to the original bumper mounts:

the back doesnt quite pick up on the bumper mounts, them bolts have sheared when i removed the bumper, but behind the bumper there are holes on each side of the car, they took a bit of drilling out to get an m10 bolt through:

One of the last minuite jobs was to sort out the bar that links the two sides, i had some 50x50x6 box but it wasnt long enough, so cut it in half and welded in some 60x60x4 box, some high quality stick welding was carried out:

Off the axle stands:

round and round (even on a fully stripped car coins and bits and bobs fall out when its turned upside down):

some nice rust:

Here is an unusual find;

spotted this on my way into the house tonight seen it on the side of the road, it doesnt look like the sort of thing that should be sitting outside in the snow at the side of the road. Ive brought it into the house and will need to ask the neighbours who is missing a wabbit.

That was nice of you, plenty would've driven on by and poor bugsy could've been squished.

Aww, fwuffy bunny-wunny. Our dogs would love playing* with that :supafrisk:

I remember when I was a kid someone dumped their bunny in the fields near us and the local wild rabbit population turned piebald for a few years.

Frank, that rotisserie is absolutely brilliant!

Thanks steve glad you like it

As for bugsy i went round a few doors and found the right house its a young girls pet rabbit it went missing a few days ago when a door was left open, she was very happy to get it back. Good deed done

Quite a bit of cleaning up to do now, i left it in the hall today and it has left behind a few puddles and a packet of maltesers.

Its very tempting, a white estate like my grandpas and already a diesel:
http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vi ... 1823246836

The problem is the mot expired in december i asked the seller would it take much to put through and got a "not sure" in the response but there isnt much rust in particular the tailgate doesn't leak.
How much does your mot centres cost to do the test can you just roll up or do you need to book in advance.
