He was ok on the radio, we used to listen to him when we were working on bikes, must be 20 years ago? I never liked anything he did on tv though, I'm not sure if it's because he has one of those faces you want to punch or he revealed his true personality but I just can't stand him now.
I think TG had pretty much run its course really, it just seemed to be a bit of a giggle, "how much can we get away with?", bit of entertainment that had little to do with being a car magazine. With TGT at the helm I probably won't ever watch it again.

I don't mind Evans, he's OK, I've very recently found radio 2 in the car and do enjoy the breakfast show. What he needs to do is re-invent TG, I'm sure it'll end up as a perfectly acceptable motoring / entertainment show.
Be interesting to see what Clarkson et al do with their Amazon show though, I can see that just getting even sillier....
