Got my road tax reminder today:
With much strangeness they're asking for alot less than I payed 6 months ago.

Ifeel robbed.

To top it off..the Mrs hands me a form..she's had in her bag for the past 12 months or more..
Ah its not important is it ?. She says'.

No not really..its just a tax exempt form..ididnt know I had because u have to inspect all my mail.
Ffs ..ah well off to post office in a bit ..for some free rent.

Can you qualify for Disabled Tax then? we just had to do all this with the MIL, the post office can change the 'Taxation Class' over the counter and send off the V5 for you. Subsequent Tax demands are then at the correct duty.

Our Citroen went from saying DISABLED to DIESEL CAR at £30.00 per year bit better than the Volvo's £280.00

Been paying for pot holes in the road and ihavent had too.

Ah well I've been paying road rent since 1991 so they've had enough out of me.

£30 is pretty cool tho. Is that becoz its low on emissions ?

We inherited a 2010 C4 recently, it has the 1.6HDi engine and just scrapes the low tax band, not sure how

The C4s are good cars.

My sister n law as just got rid of hers and replaced it with some Hyundai ( just add fuel deal)
Not sure what make but it looks nice from the front and looks like Daewoo matiz from behind
She's not happy with it.
