Peugeot's are better than Jaguar's

Post by TooT »

This weekend me and some mates went for a camping/boozing long weekend in Newquay. The journey is a 840 mile round trip with the car rammed with 5 blokes and a boot crammed with tents and other shyt.
Last year i did the driving in my 6 with not one single fault :cheesy: this year a mate drove in his R plate Jag XJ8 V8.
By the end of the trip the Jag had a sticking calliper, knocking rear suspension and also stalled mid roundabout for no reason   I have been ripping it into him that his car is pants and he will most proberbly have some nice big repair bills coming his way. He is not too pleased i can tell you.

Also while im here i drove the big cat for roughly 130 miles this afternoon and found the steering very light and vague.

Stuff like this makes me very happy with my Pug :cheesy:

Yeah, they are also better than BMW's as well!

Have been copping acres of sh*t since I bought my 406 because down here, french cars are not considered very "mainstream" - even though Citroen was one of the first car marques to be sold here back in the 20's! Hell even they used to assemble 404's 504's and 505's here at one stage!

Anyways - its allways funny how my mates with BMW's allways whinge and complain about how they have broken "X" part which is going to cost them an arm and a leg and maybe their first born if they are lucky. Touch wood the 406 has been bloody amazing!
