Valeted The Inside of The 6 Today

Post by ThePrisoner »

Inside of the 6 was absolutely filthy so spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning it today.

During that time I completely cleaned all of the leather with Autoglym Leather Cleaner and treated it with Autoglym Leather Cream.

It has brought the leather out really shiny, nice and supple to touch. Also some of the light cracks that have started to appear have started to go and it really makes a difference to the inside of the car. Very labour intensive but worth it, I dont suppose it has ever been done so it was about time it was done.

I also used black boot polish to colour in a large scuff and now it is almost not noticable.

I fully recommend 'Autoglym Leather Cleaner' and 'Autoglym Leather Cream' and 'Woolworths Black Boot Polish' (lol)

Well, each to his own etc. but I have just discovered Maguires Gold Class Leather cleaner/conditioner and I reckon it's much better than Autoglym, and easier to use too 8)

Well to be fair Autoglym is the only one I have tried, so if you reckon you know a better product then I am always willing to try something else. Plus easy is always good.
