Your Top 10 Favorite Cars

Post by pac1982 »

Got bored on the night shift so thought I’d make a post about cars I want to own at some point. Hopefully if everyone ads there bit we’ll have a nice collection of exotic and rare cars.

This aint about dream cars its about cars you can realistically see yourself owning at some point in your life.

Dream cars can be a whole different post, any way here goes

Just a thought.
Is a dream car still a dream car if you can afford one?

Honda NSX
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

An old mate test drove a Charger, he said when he floored it all the gauges moved, including the fuel one

I wouldn't touch any of those cars without suddenly finding myself a millionaire!

I used to love these but could never afford/insure one. If a 'proper' unmolested one ever came up and I was in the mood I definately would...

I know they were 'only' 130BHP but they were light and felt like 200BHP

None of those cars cost more than 25k and are all quite reliable fuels costs would be high but that’s what a run around is for

I thought a "run around" was for popping down to the shops, that sort of thing.

I guess cars you could possibly one day afford if you had some mad money hanging about and you wanted something different to pull out of your garage and wave about as the fancy takes you. Better?

I'm never going to realistically afford anything much but...
Ok, 1965 Shelby GT350
Image

Lotus Carlton (of course) even though I know they're so much trouble I'd have to be certifiable
Image

Citroen SM - more trouble than you can shake a stick at (you may laugh but I was extremely tempted once)
Image

1960's Fintail Merc (they go quite cheap here)
Image

Porsche Speedster
Image

Sunbeam Tiger
Image

Barracuda
Image

Reliant Scimitar SE5A
Image

Morgan Three-Wheeler (Must be the JAP)
Image

Sherman M4 (for obvious reasons :cheesy: )
