Its a 1997 1.8 LX in dark red. Its covered approx 104,000 miles. It Had a rear end shunt around christmas time, the damage isn't too much, a slight deformation of the boot floor and a crack in the rear bumper. But the rear end looks fine externally. I have been assured by my local bodyshop who is also a good neighbour/friend of mine that it will get through an MOT no problems...as long as the test centre isn't too anal about things. The boot can be a struggle to shut sometimes due to the accident, but the inside is still very tidy for its age. It has tinted windows, all the little bits and pieces work correctly.
The car has always started first time no problems and would make a great runabout/spare car, for anyone that isn't too fussy.
I would rather see it go to someone on here and be used than broken for scrap
The scrappy has offered me £130 for it. I'd like to get £200 though as it had two new front tyres on it earlier this year.I would break it myself but I just don't have the time or space to do it. So if anyone is intersted PM me or email me [email protected] I'm based just north of Bristol.
