Same thing happened with my thumb, the bones crossed so I have a big lump sticking out the side of my hand. Maybe you should say something about it before it's permenant.

Oh crap, I think I need to change my avatar, it's a screen shot of the 1951 film The Day The Earth Stood Still, they're just remaking it (lack of decent writers obviously) and, if that wasn't bad enough, Kanoo Reeve's the lead (severe lack of descernable talent), hence the sig. When are they remaking Forbidden Planet, starring Arm Pitt as the Krell and Angleina Jolly as Robbie the Robot? Or Doctor Zhivago, starring Ben Stiller?

Courage? Surely it's better to know! Far be it for me to suggest any incompetance on behalf of the NHS (who missed all the cruciate damage in my knee and failed to spot the damage to a mate's eye was far worse than they thought and ended up replacing his lense with a fixed one so he has no depth/speed perception) but I really think you should go back and see if they missed anything.

But at least you know it's normal. And don't you go worrying about wasting the NHS' time, there's plenty of people that bother them for things that are far more trivial.
