on the subject of mots my discovery is due this week and i aint even looked under it yet . found this as well - http://www.motinfo.gov.uk/ , put ur reg number and mot certificate number in and it gives the full mot history since they changed it over to computerised a few years ago . it says my disco went thro its last 3 mots without even an advisory
