Ah, traditional British Bank Holiday weather, I remember it well :P

25 degrees and sunny, and we only just started spring. Yesterday I was forbidden to wear shorts when going into town, just in case people stared :(

All day at work and its pissing it down

Got a brick wall to build and some concreting planned for tomorrow and Sunday morning. Whats my chances of finishing before going to the girlfriends parents in Lincoln for 6pm? :(

Hmmm reading back my bank holiday sounds crap doesn't it

Not necessarily, that sort of thing always gives me a great sense of achievement.

I tell you what doesn't: discovering the paint I used on the railings here didn't key very well to the weird primer the guy used when he made the railings, it did to what I used but that was only a small part, so I have to strip the whole lot off and redo it from scratch. Oh and the idiot who laid my terrace made it so any water that got through it to the tanking underneath exited under my back room's parquet floor. Thanks. I do love putting cock-ups right, it makes me feel so good about the jobs I should be doing. :(

Good luck with the weather anyway.

I think it's going to be good weather tomorrow. Why? Because I'm about to go out and get sh*t faced, so I'll have a stonking great hangover until tomorrow evening
