I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but I have found a few unanswered posts from new members recently.

I suspect what is happening is that their posts wait to be approved by one of the mods, (for very sound reasons), but when approved they do not appear within the current, New Posts, 'window'. This means, (I think), that many of us don't notice them, leading to potential new recruits being quickly disillusioned with our community.

(I know there was another post on this issue recently, but I can't find the pesky thing)....

Maybe there's nothing that can easily be done to resolve this, but I reckon we could do better at spotting these and offering some worthwhile advice or failing that, the usual rubbish I come out with.....
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

Perhaps the mod concerned could post a quick reply simply saying 'approved', thus bumping the post and flagging it as an active topic?

Actually that's not a bad idea. Either that or something along the lines of "Someone will be along soon"!
