Are the brake pads new? you need to let new pads bed into the discs? how are you bleeding the system? from furthest caliper to nearest? try having sooemone pump up the pedal, then open the nipple and let the air/ fluid out then close again and repeat. works well for me

Does it sink and then stop or just keep sinking? If it keeps sinking then it sounds like you've got a split brake pipe somewhere. Otherwise, I'd try to do the bleeding again and see if it makes it any better. And agreed, having someone pump up the pedal makes it a bit easier.

Sink or creep? I think it's the Teves m/cylinder which will gradually sink if you leave your foot on it. What happens when the engine's off?
