Part numbers

Post by stealthe »

Hi guys, I stripped a D9 Exec. estate a while ago and have a couple of shed loads of parts that I want to get rid of.
How do I find the part nos? Are they marked on the parts, or do I need to look them up somewhere?

Also does anyone want any parts. (For sale as soon as I id them!)

Yes I have a full black leather interior with heated electric front seats, memory on the drivers seat and door cards.

I also have the full wiring loom incl. all modules, all 5 doors, carpets, headlining, sunroof, engine, gearbox and a few other bits.

Part numbers, why?

Why not put all the parts in a big heap and take a pic? :P

If you've got a service box ID, put the VIN number in and you'll be able to ID the part numbers on there.

Do you have the drivers side electric window and mirror switches? It needs to have all 4 window switches on. If so, I need one so drop me a PM to discuss price.

OK, I'm not very organised. What I have is just about everything that can be removed from the bodyshell without a grinder. The parts are stored at various locations across two counties.

What I dont have is a camera, ebay or paypal acct. And I have no idea how to post this stuff out if it sells. So please bear with me. Also, since I only thought about getting rid of this stuff
a few days ago I haven't had a look at pricing things up. If you want to suggest prices or make a reasonable offer then go ahead, but dont expect me to believe that your sisters boyfriends
mate only paid 15 quid for a leather interior! If you want a 'bundle' of stuff and make an offer feel free. If you want stuff but not right now I can store it. And if you want to offer help....
thanks, I need it!

Hi, yes I have the steering wheel. The rim is polished and shiny from use but the grain of the leather is still there.

It's this thing - sits between the intercooler air hose and a turbo manifold pipe.

Very easy to remove - 2 nuts, undo the clip from the rubber hose and unplug a small vacuum pipe.

How much for the clutch master cylinder and the doser with P&P?

Hi everyone and thanks for your interest in this thread. When I first posted here I had lost my job and was looking for
something to fill my time. Today I had an interview and was offered the position.
Unfortunately the job is 6 days a week and I have a 2 hour commute each way, which doesn't leave much time for
sorting the parts in my garage. If there is a forum member near me that is willing to give a hand
on a sunday then I may be able to sort something out, otherwise I'm going to put this on a back burner for a while.
The parts will still be here and if you're not in a rush to get them or you will be able to collect on a sunday then
I guess it may be worth contacting me.

Apologies if I got your hopes up.
