Apparently all you need to do is shout loudly that you don't want to fight (for witnesses of course) then beat seven shades of wotsit out of them and claim you feared for your life when the cops turn up.

Sam, this tw@ sounds like a few people I've know, the sort of person you'd do better to avoid. Keeping them around in the vain hope that you're going to get your money back will turn out to be a waste of time, cut your losses and get rid or they'll just use you more and more.
