Thing is it's not a steering shake, it's a vibration? Now I had a buckled wheel straightend, wondering if it's that wheel.
maybe the wheel was fubared and the garage just told you it was straight to get cash off you,
I watched them do it. Going to stick the front wheels on the back I think.

Think a track rod could cause a shake/vibrations in the steering? You the first person to say that
I'l swap the wheels over one side at a time tommorow. That way I can work out if it is the wheels which side it is :)

It seems unlikely I know but I'd change it, the movement has to be coming from somewhere and it sounds like you've eliminated almost everything else.

Well I got new track rods, wishbones and droplinks sat in the garage but I need to play hell with Euro car parts cause I ordered two ECP wishbones and they've sent me one unbranded one and one Qdrive wishbone. Scared that this will cause an odd handling car.
Plan is to fit these budget parts I got, and if they last a year I'l be happy. Between now and then I'm going to get the old OEM wishbones on the car now, fit new balljoins and polybushes and then when I lower it I can fit them :)

They might be good vibrations:

I'm picking up good vibrations
She's giving me the excitations
Good bop bop, good vibrations
Bop bop, excitations
Good, good, good, good vibrations

play that song and they wont be too bad.
