Theres not enough room to move a stilsons with the wishbone and ARB in place. I'm going to have to drop the subframe either way :(

Can't you ask a tyre place if they can do it, or at least 'crack it off' for you? they'll have more room up in the air??

may i suggest a method i used for getting the valve off a pneumatic air bottle. File 2 sides down until you can get a wrench head around it. It is slow but it worked.

I did think about it, but my Dads offered to pay for the parts if I do it all myself.
So if thats the case...
1 Refrubished steering rack.
2 sets of wishbone Polybushes,
1 set of ARB polybushes,
1 Set of ball joints,
and a set of uprated track rod ends :D

Oh and subframe alignment tools

Well the ball joints have to be replaced anyway. So might aswell change the ARB bushes and what not while the subframe has been dropped :)

Yehh if you look at one of my pictures theres a pciture of a new one which already has the nut on the end.
I don't know weather o just drop the subframe and try do it or to just buy a whole new rack considering my Dad's paying?

iwouid unbolt the rack and pull it all to one side and then get the inner track rod end off,
ithink if you go thru the process of lowering the subframe ect it will turn into a big mission > thats uness youve got all the tools,
engine lift etc or suport bar for the Engine even,
