I wasn't sure whether FarmerP knew of Chas and Dave!

I had a look through the logs and there's nothing untoward certainly within the last month or so.
The only possibility I can think of is that I added Car model/trim level as a custom field and it pulled in garbage data to populate the field, unless you specifically set this to something else and it altered since.

I liked farmerpugs' previous status.

It made me imagine someone in a barbour jacket and flat cap, grabbing a (legally held) shotgun, a hamper of canapes and a bottle of Pimms or Gin out of the boot of the (leather-clad) 406, going a days shooting and coming back with a rack full of tied up rabbits for "them downstairs" to make a game pie for evening dinner.

Not sure actually. The Sainsburys butcher in Forestside has the usual selection of meats but no rabbit afaik. Duck is about as adventurous they get I think.

Although the local butchers don't even do that. Anything more exotic than a pound of sausages and a block of mince and you get a blank look.

Used to be a lovely game and fish monger in St Andrews. But then that *would* be the type of place where downstairs would make sir a game pie.
The kind of place where - no joke - a Bentley turns up, the chauffeur opens up a table from the boot, and goes to the bar to order the rear passenger a pint of ale.

Got a couple of duck legs on reduced a few weeks ago.
Had them at the weekend in an orange sauce - squeezed and seived the juice of 3 oranges, soy sauce, brown sugar and thickened with a little cornflour.
Duck legs defrosted and cooked for 90 minutes in the oven, on a raised grille over a baking tray.
Delicious!

I hate the taste and smell of orange, so I tend to go for hoi-sin (plum) sauce with mine.

Trouble is, I'm a sh*t cook, so I only get duck when I go out for Chinese. Very nice!
