Better yet, ring the dealer on his landline. He may not even know that this is going on yet & if it was me, I'd want to know so that I could contact the appropriate people to get it stopped.

I've just texted James and Joanna my bank details, a/c No., sort code, telephone banking password and debit card expiry date/last 3 digits etc.

They're going to send me some money to pay off my credit card, and I just need to pay them back when I sell the Volvo at some point in the future (sent them the V5 doc and spare key as proof of transfer - they will keep safe until the time).

Seems like a fair chap to me :D
