ill just compare it to the gti6 one, that should tell me if it would fit or not, just with that extra camshaft on the head its unlikely the turbo will fit on it

My mate turned the nut on the akchewator rod so it pressed harder on the waste gate and he sez its a lot quicker now and didn't cost anythink.
i dont no if this works but he said it did .lol.

Welton, your on the money...
Putting more pressure on the Actuator spring will produce more boost as it delays the opening of the wastegate by raising the reaction pressure and helps to prevent wastegate creep.
You can make it louder, by:
1 - Increasing boost
2 - Cutting / removing under bonnett insulation
3 - Winding your window down
4 - Resolving any boost or vacume leaks
Do you know what BAR your using?

did some one fit you a baily dump valve or did you fit it?
The baily one makes the Turbo boost pressure high when you change the gears, my mate has a scooby and he fitted a dump valve HKS one. and after he got flames from the exhaust because he said the boost was higher and that made the eggsauce manifold hotter to ignight the flames from the petrol cos Jap engines dump fuel aswell when you lift off.
i think niz means cut some off the blanket thing under the bonnet then the dump valve noise will echo more around and sound cool. i might just take the whole thing of should sound louder for you.
