Far better than Virgin Media thus far.

In terms of:
- Customer service
- Support
- Followup call to make sure everything is ok (and not trying to sell me anything!!)
- Picture quality is superb, no MPEG artifacts like virgin media, even on the low quality US SD channels. HD looks great.
- Cracking range of channels
- The digibox just works, and the EPG is easy to use. Not as awkward as the old slow Virgin Media Pace boxes or even the quicker (but still lumbered by the old EPG) Samsung VM box. Though I haven't tried the TiVo, and I suspect

They used to insist on the phone line being in for updates and billing as you use to be able to fool the box into giving free box office movies by putting in the pin and pulling out the phone line straight away not sure if its still he same though as i maxed out my old card doing it :-( and now on HD
