Excellent job, Welton. Up to your usual standard. 8)

I have this image of the sales assistant in the car accessory shop, winking and saying in conspiratorial tones, "something for the weeknd, Sir", as he passes welly a package wrapped in plain brown paper......

Now, maybe I'm getting on a bit too, but I don't understand how welly's motah manages to be grey, with a blue roof? :?
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

The car is a weird colour, it's 'grey' for the most part but can look bluey/purpley sometimes.

Although I was outside having 'special time' with the car for what seemed like the whole of Saturday (well it was the whole of Saturday actually) the paint/glass operation took 2hrs max I'd say 8)

Of course, as is the way with these things I wasted about 30 minutes trying to find my little box of clay bars..........see, in preparation of the big event I moved the clay indoors in the warm (nothing wrong with that I hear you say) well, think again, Mrs Welly decided it shouldn't be left on the Kitchen window sill, in the Sun, oh no, far better to move it (without discussing with Mr Welly) to the Dining Room and go out for the day (to the Theatre where you can't use your phone)

Still I got there in the end :frown:

Ah, that explains it - some kind soul's tried to fix it for you.

Have to say, you're not coming across as very appreciative......

Mrs Welly decided.....(to)..... go out for the day (to the Theatre where you can't use your phone)
None of my business, old chap, but you may wish to ensure these bars are stored out of the way, (or if not remove any sharp edges and possibly coat with a little vaseline)......
