and another one in December - Member of the Year for the gym I attend

Absolute shed loads

Suffering a bit today though, as they had fitness relaunch where I attend yesterday, and did 6 exercise classes yesterday ( 4 x60mins, and 2 x30mins) and the effects are really kicking in
