Apparently it nearly resolved itself proper this morning in a near OMG crash unfolded in front of me slam-on the non-existent brakes and just avoided kinda way I was told by telephone* at lunch.

*The full story to be revealed at home tonight, I feel like I already know enough about it in the 'summary' call, now though I'll re-live it in full technicolor with animated limb movements and repeating of salient points until my tiny man-brain explodes.
