It's only "real ales" that get served at room temperature mate, you know the stuff that makes you go blind and gives you legionella, maleria and sclerosis of the liver after half a pint. That stuff also usually contains the fingernails and foreskin of the original brewer in order to "give it a bit of body". That's the stuff that comes straight out of the wooden keg behind the bar at room temp.
Everything else is served cold.
