Holy crap!

I'm still trying to work out what happened for the n/s to hit the post, which ended up 5 yards in front of the car on the other side. and what on earth hit the bonnet?

Shame the post was where it is though. Given the car's a write-off anyway it would have surely been better for him to hit something hard head-on, or even better on the o/s around the drivers door, kinda head hight...

Have you involved the coppers Supa? I'd definitely suggest it if you ain't yet as it wouldn't surprise me if you receive a hefty bill from the council for re-decorating in a couple of months. You know, those £800 wooden posts, the £300/hr workman, etc...

What a f*cking twat.

You can tell he's been rallying it and took that corner to fast. Classic "gentle" slide out to the scenery.
This has seen the death of many a 406 Coupe as their over enthusiastic drivers try to drive them like you would a sports car. Something the Coupe simply is not!
You try and take a corner in it, as you would in a Scooby or Evo and you're gonna be up close and personal with the scenery on the other side of said corner very quickly.

I'd SO not be responsible for my actions if someone did that to my coupe!

Reminds me of a customer of ours - he was found guilty of having an affair years ago and his wife took revenge by cooking up home made meat pies.

Only the meat wasn't your regular braising/stewing steak, oh no - it was tinned dog meat  :?

mmmmm........delicious meaty chunks, mmmmm

He actually remarked that the gravy was rather wholesome, rich in fact, went well with the Vegetables :|

First off, I'm gutted yet another coupe is off the road, they're few and far between as it is (well here thy are)

Second, forget what he's done to the car, I'm more shocked by your bloke's attitude, and if you're still with him, your a much more patient and understanding person than I am.

I can't say any more without swearing, and I don't think the tw@t is worth it.

There's some cat food they do in the local supermarket here that says it's wild game (little bastards eat better than I do  ), it's smells so good I reckon if you heated it up, stuck some spuds with it and called it goulaš, no-one would be any the wiser (I've suggested this many times to my other half to feed to her mum but, so far, I'm not allowed :( ).
