I believe one of the freeview channels plays it on repeat every day, but up at uni with no TV youtube is a good alternative, its better, because there is only the one advert at the beginning and thats it

Er indoors, the funniest bit about the show :cheesy:

I seen one that ended on a canal boat, series 4 episode 3?

Or series 8 episode 13 "the cruel canal", i havent seen any of series 8 they dont seem to be on youtube

I always liked watching The Sweeney for the cars, and I was around when it was on the go...

I downloaded the first series to show the wife (look dear - it's John Thaw when he was a middle-aged drunk, rather than an old fart drunk) but she never watched one episode. :roll:

I'm still watching the old farm documentaries, up to the Wartime Farm (I started showing the wife one but she fell asleep :( ) and they show you how to start one of these: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEurohAw ... page#t=41s

Pretty easy, considering the alternative at the time was a massive great cranking handle but imagine doing that every morning with your HDi :shock:

John thaw was a brilliant fella,
he didnt live to far away from me, folk spoke very highly of him,

he was a drinker from the age of 10 iirc

He was ill for Many years, :(
