I believe one of the freeview channels plays it on repeat every day, but up at uni with no TV youtube is a good alternative, its better, because there is only the one advert at the beginning and thats it

I always liked watching The Sweeney for the cars, and I was around when it was on the go...

I downloaded the first series to show the wife (look dear - it's John Thaw when he was a middle-aged drunk, rather than an old fart drunk) but she never watched one episode.

I'm still watching the old farm documentaries, up to the Wartime Farm (I started showing the wife one but she fell asleep ) and they show you how to start one of these: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEurohAw ... page#t=41s

Pretty easy, considering the alternative at the time was a massive great cranking handle but imagine doing that every morning with your HDi

John thaw was a brilliant fella,
he didnt live to far away from me, folk spoke very highly of him,

he was a drinker from the age of 10 iirc
