did camera flash when you where square on with it?
how many times did camera flash?

iheard camera is not allowed to flash a car front view for risk of blinding them, don't know if that's true

Hi Alberto. Was it just you and the truck on the road at the time? Did the camera flash twice?

If only one flash then you are okay, if the flash was facing you then you are okay.

72mph in a Hdi90 must be some sort of record - was it downhill....

Oi!
Mine would cruise at 85 and still do 50mpg.
A ton definitely does have to be downhill though :supafrisk:

May not be relevant, but my son had one flash at him from the front / wrong side of the road, about 6 weeks ago.

He hasn't heard from them, so it's looking good.

Doesn't matter a jot whether you drive an HDi 90 or a Murcielago....if you break the speed limit, expect to get caught.

Hmmm, I think speeding is inevitable when overtaking slower vehicles, especially big ones so creeping over the limit is okay in its place ( don't shoot me )
Most people now do 80mph on the motorway and no one complains about it.

However, if you are speeding past schools, in built up areas or places where there are many hazards then you are a plonker and deserve the penalty.

I wasn't referring to Alberto and his 72mph in a 50mph zone, I just mean being stuck behind a truck doing 40mph in a 60mph limit ( which is its maximum on a single carriageway ) then popping up to 65, possibly 70 just to clear the truck safely is reasonable...
