poor person cant make out wheather their car is a golf, peugeot, or a vauxhall.
So you were actually being honest in saying you were 'too busy' and it 'didn't need much' for the MOT - I commend you Sirsteve_earwig wrote:I actually sold my old KLE500 with the old "not much for an MOT", at the time I was busily getting everything ready and cramming a transit van with all my worldly goods to have time to do it.

ive got a Smiley face transit sat here mate carnt give it away for love nor moneyFarmerPug wrote:my uncle asked me to sell his ford transit a 1999 smiley 2.5 direct injection non turbo slowest machine in the world but a lovable old yoke. Anyhow i tried to sell it in the ads for free as '1999 ford transit, slider door broke, body work reasonable. Mechanically perfect £800o.n.o' i got no calls. So i decided to repair it.
Them smiley transits have got rare all of a sudden this was 2 years ago and trying to get the door was a nightmare, but i got one, and the roller so the door was fixed, i then put a radio into it bt spec vans had none. The inside was cleaned. and any dents were isoponed out, the rusty wheel arches were fixed, and i even resprayed it badly i admit there was bits of dust. But anyhow it sold just before the rust on the wheel arches came back.
Wheeler dealers doesnt make sense, factor in the cost of eds labour and not one car has made money.
